Question : Is your site secure when I'm buying?
Answer : Yes it is. When you get to the Order Form page look to the bottom right hand corner of your browser (Internet Explorer) and you will see a lock icon. This is telling you that your connection is encrypted and secure.
Question : I see that your partnered with Pay Pal. Do I need a Pay Pal account to buy from you?
Answer : Not at all. You can pay using your credit card if you would like. Pay Pal serves as a merchant gateway option for us.
Question : You just shot an event that I attended. How long before I can see the images?
Answer : It usually takes 3 business days for a gallery to go up. If you want to be notified when your gallery goes up, Please use the Contact Us page and give an email address for us to send you the link.
Question : Do you have wedding packages? What are your wedding package prices?
Answer : Yes, we do have wedding packages. They start at $500 and because you can add or subtract different options it's best if we meet and go over what it is that you want. Exactly what you want (not what I'm willing to offer based on convenience...). Remember, when you contract a wedding photographer it involves more than just how much it costs. If you can't work with the guy who cares if he only charges $500! You'll both fight until the day is ruined! Call us. Talk to us and find out if we CAN work together, THEN let price be a determining factor. You may like the work but in the end it's the feeling of trust in the photographer that you are purchasing. Question : How far in advance do I need to book you for my event?
Answer : As far in advance as you can just so that we can ensure availablity for your date. As long as the date is open you can book it.
Question : How much will it cost to book you for my event?
Answer : It depends on the type of event. For example if your booking us for a party it could be "free" depending on its size! Contact us to find out details about your event!
Question : Does your company provide onsite printing of images?
Answer : Yes we do. Contact us for details.
Question : Do you work outside of Richmond, VA?
Answer : We normally stay in Richmond and its' surrounding counties. However, we will work outside that area. We do charge a travel fee that depends on the distance.
